Because prondetim.com is an independent review site, we don’t personally pack or ship the orders. However, we want to make it easy for you to find exactly where your order is.

1. Check Your Inbox (The Fastest Way)

The moment you finished your purchase, an automated receipt was sent to the email address you used.

  • Look for an email from: ClickBank or BuyGoods (the official payment processors for ProDentim).
  • Search for: “Order Confirmation” or “Receipt.”
  • Inside that email: You will find a link that says “Track My Package” or a tracking number (usually UPS, FedEx, or DHL).

2. Where is my Tracking Number?

Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days for domestic orders (USA) and a bit longer for international shipping.

  • If you just ordered in the last 24 hours, your tracking number might not be active yet.
  • Give the warehouse a day or two to generate the shipping label!

3. Need Direct Help?

If your package is delayed, or if you can’t find your confirmation email, the best thing to do is contact the official ProDentim support team directly. They have access to the shipping database and can help you immediately.
